Observed issues:

Keyboard echo is off
\quit command causes crash
Green coloration is not right. White, red and yellow are right (or pretty close to it).

These have been resolved:

Keyboard echo depends on correct usage of the prompt toolkit's EditingMode.
Quit works now.
Not all colors are available at the mingw terminal. This is a matter of choosing the best Windows-available colors we can.

The next step is to clean / improve the build process, for which a new issue will be opened.
