Motion Calibration Instruction #11

Hi!

I am currently using the Clarius L7 HD3 for my research. I would like to use the Magnetometer values to find the position of the device in space. I would like to enquire about how to perform the Motion Calibration properly on the Clarius L7HD3. The instructions on the Clarius mobile app were really vague. We failed after multiple attempts despite following the instructions given on the mobile app. Hence, it would be great if proper information/instruction for the calibration is provided.

I was having similar troubles yesterday with v10.2.3 of the App. Once I updated the Clarius App to version 10.3, I attempted the motion calibration by rotating the PA HD3 in various directions as instructed and the calibration was successful.

correct, there was a bug in the calibration in v10.0->v10.2, it is now corrected in the latest app
