Use search options instead of hardcoding clarkbw.github.com. #37
I've done this for the australis customization stuff, and it seemed to work out fairly well. https://people.mozilla.com/~bwinton/search_suggest/2/fennec.html?{"testing":true} is the syntax, and it's extensible if we find more things we want to add later… :)
