"can't access dead object" error #42

After disabling your add-on, I get the following error in the Error Console, and the toolbar is no longer un-hidden when leaving the add-on manager:

The addon-page module was causing this due to poor binding. Fixed this in 5b1a75b5aca75f4ce288e941db4b699a6e8f94d3
