@fernandolguevara - I am not versed in Microsoft technologies, conventions, or ecosystems (aside from TypeScript). I am not opposed to the concept of creating a Nuget package, but I suspect the efforts would be for a limited audience – as compared to the current modes of package distribution: npm and bower.
