I often want to route various cables from my bedroom workstation to the electronic shelf in the basement. For example, I'd like an additional cat-e, along with a USB-C and HDMI. This will change over time, so I'd prefer to have an easy way to wire these myself.
I think a straight shot of ENT down the plumbing wall would work in this case; there is a broken access hole to plumbing wall, so no dependencies here (other than keeping cats out).
