Fixed/sticky/floating table header #102

It would be awesome if the programming language / tool names were always visible while scrolling through the tables

I've been thinking along similar lines. Using a tiling WM and, frequently, a vertical monitor setup, I sometimes find myself not seeing the column labels. Making them sticky (maybe optionally so) would make the whole experience more smooth. One thing I'd consider alongside is making the row descriptors sticky when scrolling horizontally. In narrow windows, when you scroll to the rightmost column the descriptions on the left become invisible. Having them frozen on the left would be cool.
