There seem to be several things missing in powershell vs command prompt.

For example the user id wmic useraccount where name='John' get sid and the username echo %username%

In addition this is how you handle arguments in powershell https://devcentral.f5.com/articles/powershell-abcs-p-is-for-parameters

In addition it would be nice to added

hashed arrays

It would also be beneficial to add Powershell to the scripting languages section since it is as much a scripting language as Cli. Can we add to git?
