This is a major upgrade of the code. I refactored everything and added a means to easily add additional chat systems into the mix such as Youtube.

New Features

Export an API for others to create an extension that ties into YouTube, Mixer, etc.
You can now remove highlights using a context-menu.
Highlights will now adjust when editing the text around the highlight
We now use Twitch' oauth endpoint to generate an access_token and saving the token into your credential manager.
