Cannot auth, url does not open #186

Describe the bug I'm unable to auth with twitch, as vscode does not open the sso url in my browser.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Set channels and nickname in config
  2. Click Twitch Line Highlighter Login in status bar
  3. Nothing occurs

Expected behavior VSCode should produce a dialog asking to open the browser, or open the browser to a twitch sso url.

Same here because my VsCode is not install on my OS but on a hard Disk
