Addon Won't Work #1

I have no idea what goes wrong, but everytime I try to get this addon to appear in blender, it will not do it. I have deleted/downloaded it a couple of times, and do not know what else to do. I hope you can help me. -A-

Have you enabled the addon in the 'User preferences' window ? http://www.blender.org/manual/extensions/python/add_ons.html
