Can not place procedure with a parameters

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create a procedure "MyProc" with two parameters "IN1" and "IN2"
2.Make procedure "MyProc" to return IN1 + IN2
3.Trying to place new procedure "MyProc" from pallete. Procedure has been 
placed without any parameters. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Greated procedure should be placed with declared parameters

What browser are you using?
Google Chrome, WinXP
