Appearance options in Administration/Parameters are not saved if changed, with no error notification

In which version ? because I think that's an old issue

Wich options are you trying to change ? (any screenshot) ? I'm not able to reproduce the issue.

On our server, in version 3.8, all parameters seems to not be saved with no error message. It's working on the latest version on my computer.

Will be good at next update.
