Move sorting options from filter widget to main search field #7

The sort by option on the search screen should be moved on to the filter widget above the search result.

This will take some research and development. The options in the sidebar filter are generated by a plugin and represent a coherent set of options... It is difficult to separate them without custom coding.

sort by option has been moved to directly below the search field as has the archive filter, see: add css for plugin output
