When one army tries to move past another it currently ends all movement for
either army.
Ideally, it should allow a greatly superiour army to continue moving with, at
most, a delay in movement. The smaller army should be wiped out with a high
probability that any characters in it are captured or killed.
Over runs should be less common in restricted terrain - like mountains.
A random factor would be nice.
