Information about a hex

Add to the information displayed with a hex so that all known info is 
available. 

The pop stores and production should be visible. 
Any known troops and commanders should be listed. If it's your own army then 
all the army details - troop types, armor, weapons, training, morale, etc. 
Should be shown.

I think that with the new table highlighting this request loses part of it's 
strength/need. I think people used too jOverseer can miss it most.
I rather avoid duplicating much of that info from the tabs.
If to implement, consider a property's key to enable the extra info. Off by 
default.

Also, Gene is working on re-defining the hex info floating panel and can come 
back with new ideas.

linked info is my thought here.  hex info that includes a pop center, the pop 
center name is a link, clicking cues that info in the table.

another option is links that expand/collapse to show that info.

some way to access char/army/pc info in a hex besides manual lookup in the 
table is a must.

I'd like to do some redesign around this concept, and also inclue the idea of 
an 'info clipboard', where you can easily capture information to use in 
creating orders.
