default value for Destination Hex field for 'Move Character' actions is the currently selected hex on the map #23

When user selects 'Move Character' or 'Move Character & Join Army' actions, the 
default value for Destination Hex field should be the hex currently selected on 
the map.  If this hex is out of range, the field should be highlighted in red.

Option:  If the user attempts to select a hex that is out of range, a 
confirmation popup appears when the action is committed.
