Show stores+production for pop center on 'Recruit Troops' actions #24

When the user selects 'Recruit Troops', the stores+production for all product 
types is shown in the space below the action parameter fields.

Option:  Also show pop center name and hex type/climate.

I was thinking on having another SubTab that would extend subtab orders. Something like SubTabOrderResources. It may need to be a table. Maybe like this: For the troop selected, list resource required per unit, qt available in the city, how many troops can be recruited max. And maybe some other fields that make sense.
