update fix for classic mainnet running #10

Closes: #9

This fix addresses:

  1. use correct specified validators
  2. update docs
  3. update trading pairs on houbi
  4. update npm script: "export NODE_OPTIONS=--openssl-legacy-provider" to match with linux, unix environment. Windows compatible command is moved to wstart instead.
