Deadmines issues #902

  1. At the mines outside of Deadmines every ore node has multiple ores spawned in one place. Basically in every place there is a copper, a tin and a silver ore at the same place at once. The nodes inside the instance are correct.
  2. At the mines outside of Deadmines the elite undead respawn really fast. I had barely enough time to drink and the group was fighting me again. Related NPCs: 623, 624 and 625.
  3. I noticed some elite NPCs in Deadmines has really low health compared to other elites, for example: 4417 and 4418. It would be nice to check every NPC, because I did not manage to finish the dungeon.
