Issue: Missing SD/HD resolution(s) #12

in "[sdtv-ntsc]" you specify 640x480, but do not include 624x464; a common cropped resolution used in media re-encoded from mpeg-1/dvd to save space.

There is other resolutions like this (which i cant recall atm), that have been standard over the last 20 years. They are common in sdtv re-encodes.
