[data] Discard extreme auctions #25

On Grobbulus Horde right now there are 3 auctions for Greater Fire Protection Potions at prices so extreme no one would ever even consider paying them unless they were trying to do something shady. The buyouts on the auctions are 10,000g, 100,000g, and 200,000g. This has caused the average buyout price calculated on the website to be ~115g even though the vast majority (like the other 60) are for sale at <16g.

These auctions should probably be discarded or drastically under-weighted (depending on how you're calculating the average). gfpp_auctions gfpp_price

There's a similar but less extreme example of this on the same server with Illusion Dust. The vast majority of the market is available for <1g, but someone has 820 illusion dust listed for 5g/ea. This has pulled the calculated average on the website to ~2g.
