I appreciate your submission, but this really doesn't work in with what's there. I'd rather you fleshed out a Linux part of the already existing 'how to build from source' rather than just adding a new section that's redundant.

Maybe you can incorporate my patch? I tried putting it into the existing "How to build from source" section but I failed to put it in there.

Ideally, providing one section for each OS is the best.
