Netteller inappropriately cuts connection on POST followed by GET request #630

Doesn't look like a ciphers problem, because we can connect to each host in the redirect chain with the expected ciphers. This is an issue in Necko.

Not fixed by M1236277, M1242926, M1269055, M1277522

Concluding this is something being done by Netteller given Firefox (but not TenFourFox) 45.9 works, we can't find a regression range and other minor Gecko-based browsers have similar problems. Leaving open in case I think differently.
