Not a security patch, but is nice: https://hg.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla-esr78/rev/324b0f377893 Okay to use mCharacterMap->test(aCh); because we know all CMAPs must already have been initialized.

Dropping M1685420, it was a belt-and-suspenders fix and it makes the browser crashy.
