Solidstart #4

This PR reimplements the web application with solidstart. We decided to use it in conjunction with solid-ui and modularforms.

Used icons from https://icones.js.org/collection/mdi (copy as solid components)

We made good progress here, but there's still a lot of todo's. I'm gonna merge this so we can make an initial release / publish on GH pages. Todo's can be picked up in follow-up PRs
