Download vtt languages #232

An issue for Chris Shen? The download as vtt "cloud' button on the topright should determine what languages are actually available. It seems to have them hardcoded Note: The language option (bottom right) does correctly list what languages transcriptions are available in for the current video

It's a good first issue to work on for anyone just getting started with frontend development (i.e. not you Tim!), Chris Shen or Chenlei Fu for example... If you are interested in working on this issue please Assign yourself (top-right)

Fixed as part of new multilanguage transcription support.
