Update ASL Glossary icon #602

Replace ASL Glossary icon with this one- https://www.veryicon.com/icons/application/awesome-common-free-open-source-icon/sign-language-1.html

According to src/components/layout/CTNavSidebar/SidebarItem/index.js line 37, the current icons are from google icons (see https://www.w3schools.com/icons/). In that case, if we want to use icons from a different package. We might need to change a lot of things (at least we need to change "meterial-icons" of google icons). An alternative solution is I found a similar icon on google icons for sign language.
