Feature to add new images to edit-structure Ui

Problem

Current Edit-structure Ui does not allow adding of new images We want to merge the functionality of the edit-structure and edit-chapter UIs

Solution

• add clickable add-image button that will perform the following actions

  1. prompt the user to select an image (can reuse the interface that already exists for this in the edit-chapter mode)
  2. adds the image to the corresponding chapter
  3. Displays the changes in the edit-structure Ui (can reuse the image preview/editor interface in edit-chapter)

• text box to add image description

• delete button to the side of image
