Design buttons in edit-structure Ui for adding extra text and images #611

Problem

There are currently no buttons in the edit-structure Ui that add extra text or images We want to merge the functionality of edit-structure and edit-chapter mode

Solution/Deliverables

  1. design buttons that appear next to subdivide and split chapter buttons
  2. make blank callback functions that can be filled in later to add new text and images
