Live Image Transcription for ClassTranscribe #616

Problem:

Would like to show live captions for images on the screen for videos on ClassTranscribe
(would function similarly to the live crowdsourced captions that are already displayed to the right of the videos)

Solution:

Create a toggle feature that allows viewer to switch between seeing regular live captions to live image captions to both
Check out branch "display-image-transcript" for current progress and the following files to try and develop this feature:
