Expt edit inote subdividebtns #660

added functional subdivide, split, new subchapter, as new chapter, undo subdivide, append to above subchapter buttons that appear on right conditions.

**not sure why but buttons appear twice (in expt too), which causes the subdivided chapers and sometimes very long transcript to also display twice?
