Program, after purchase, does not open

Purchased minizones.app on app store. installed. clicked to open, nothing happens. Restarted MacBook Pro (latest verion of Sequoia) - didn't fix.. so, no clue as to why or what to do ...

Further - got it to start - it then crashed ..

Hi @GEMlocal , im running MacOS Sequoia 15.1.1 and it works perfectly. Is there a chance you are using any menubar manager like Bartender or Ice? There must be something clashing and preventing it to work properly.

yes I do - Hidden Bar. Will see if not loading it enables your app to work .. not sure i like having to choose between them.

will let you know if this “fixes” the problem with your app ..

didn’t help - I can put the app in the dock and click on the open option, doesn’t open … so, hidden bar isn’t blocking …

My last effort - - I have a clean “test” account - - reopened with that account - then you’re app works as advertised ..

but it doesn’t find (for adding time zones); San Francisco or Cape Town (SA). might be worth the 1.99 to some — given the issue of tracking down the conflict (not worth my time) and the limited ability to add time zones of interest to me, I’ll pass..

good luck with it .. if you get a bullet proof version that runs without conflicts and improve the time zone selection addition mechanism let me know….
