Fix issue 167 #168

Includes the Magento checkout payload extender in the default shipping save processor.

@loganstellway - Unfortunately, we can't use the approach you've suggested here since it lacks backward compatibility with Magento 2.1. We are working on a backward compatible solution as a part of issue #181. Thank you for your contribution though.
