Support APS beamline, ID34-C #67

To support a new beamline, all one needs is to create an if block in https://github.com/clatlan/cdiutils/blob/master/cdiutils/geometry.py ?

I can ask the local contact for that, because there is some old data that was processed with a matlab code that we want to review.

You need to make the specific case for 34-ID for both the geometry and loader.
