Initial parameter guess function #14

Add a function that uses the hectorcal ensemble of Hector runs to generate initial parameter guesses function. This is useful because I found myself writing the same code for each of the ESM calibration experiments scripts and was starting to get annoyed by having to recycle / tweak a similar function in each script.
