Paper 1 conc runs #29

@rplzzz These are all of the materials for the first paper, I am not sure if the read me is detailed enough but other than that I think this is good to go to be squashed and merged into the master in prep for zenodo. Let me know if you need anything else 👍

@kdorheim Maybe this is a dumb question, but where is the README you were referring to above? I don't see it.

I'll do a bit of reorganizing to put the stuff that wound up not going into either paper into a subdir, so that it's easier to find the relevant material. I think I'm also going to delete the DOE PI subdir; that material is thoroughly obsolete.
