Update principal components to include heat flux #3

The principal components have now been updated to include the heat flux variable, alongside temperature and (where applicable) co2. This builds on the krd_single_ESM_calibration branch, so I've targeted it to merge there.

Right now the repository is in an inconsistent state because the principal components have been updated, but the ESM comparison data (and especially the principal component projections of that data) are still the old versions. I figure we will handle that by merging this branch into the upstream, then adding the updated comparison data.

At this point I also need to redo the analysis of the principal components behavior. A lot of that I can't do until I have the updated comparison data. I'll see what parts of that I might be able to get started on, and I may add them to this branch before we merge, if it looks like it would make sense to do so.

I think that these commits look good. 👍 thanks for running the heat flux PCA I do need those center and scale values.
