partWithPort unused in rule Line, UML!ConnectorEnd (ATL) #2

In file simulink2east.atml, rule Line, there is a commented line for 
partWithPort.

partWithPort expects the parent of the port, an ADLFunctionPrototype, which 
seems wrong. It would be understandable if it would be an ADLFunctionType 
instead.

In our case then, this line should hold references to all its instances 
within ModelReference, which seem completely unnecessary.

Commenting this out seems not to have effects in Papyrus, so we do it!
