Plugin packaging av JExample is problematic #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use JExample in a plugin project.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If you add the dependency to the plugin, the src does not see it.
If you add it as a Library the the export fails.

JExample is now packaged as a plugin and included in the feature 
SimulinkExchange.
