Unit tests for indoor services, indoor pois, google component, indoor components and directionManager services

Increased coverage to >60%

post merge from master, encountered problem where new changes caused indoor toolbar component tests to break

prior to merge from master tests were all passing: A separate branch is made from changes prior to merge from master to keep track sprint_4_unit_tests
