Fix README: emptyEmailMatches defaults to false. #134

I had a problem with GitHub authentication which I eventually tracked down to authorization.emptyEmailMatches defaulting to false (GitHub does not return the user's email address unless it is set to be public). The README file unfortunately was incorrectly stating that emptyEmailMatches defaults to true.
