why does it wrap paragraphs within blockquotes in quotes?

I wonder why the paragraphs in the blockquote are wrapped in quotes.

I saw it is a matter of styling ...

This is default behavior of Bootstrap. I think you can easily turn this behaviour off with a custom CSS if you want.
