Github flavoured todo lists #6

In Github's version of markdown I can create todo lists:

[x] Buy pizza base
[x] Prepare olives
- [X] Buy olives
- [ ] Soak olives in salt

(hrmph, no support for nested lists yet :skull: )

Unfortunately this feature is bound to github itself (you can see a quick ajax interaction when you click on the checkbox) and it's not just a Markdown option one can add to the parser.
