Itaú Shopline boleto #11

Prezados(as),

Estou com problema: erro ao gerar boleto do Itaú Shopline no final da compra (Erro 00 - Loja Não Cadastrada). E não localizei no fórum alguma solução. Apenas que muitos desativaram a opção. Envio anexo print da tela do erro.
