I think it would be great if we could select whether the discount is applied with or without other discounts/coupons.

For instance, maybe a certain payment method gives you a discount of 10%, but a user also has a coupon code for 25% off. I think it would be great if there were a setting that would cause the discount not to be applied when this coupon is also applied.
