Display default payment method price on cart

What is the main function that I have to modify to display on the cart the price with discount of the default payment method?

For an example:

• I have 10% discount with bank transfer and bank transfer is the default method.
• On the checkout, the review display the price with discount.
• On the cart, the price is the normal, without discount.

There is no function do change, you need to create a new function for it.
