READ BEFORE POSTING ISSUES #4

UNOFFICIAL POSTING RULES (there's currently only really one.)

  1. Don't make any issues saying "Poprism is gone!" or "The app was on my Roku and now it doesn't work." The app has been taken down from the channel store for unknown reasons. When an app is removed from the channel store, it won't work on a Roku anymore unless you have developer mode on your Roku and have compiled it as an app on your roku.

1.1 > I don't know how to compile this, I'm sorry.

I've downloaded the zip and uploaded to my TV but says failed and installed at the same time and doesn't show up idk how to fix it

Note: I am not the developer, just a random user wanting poprism to work too. I am sorry it doesn't work. I didn't do it.

You need to unzip it go into the folder highlight all files and folder and zip it. If you just load the download zip it wont work as the zip just has a single folder in it with the files in there and Roku wont understand it.

Not sure.

I don't even think it needs to be compiled as the only uploadable file type that works is .zip also I feel like Roku removed features that made the browser work making it unopenable

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking as well.
