`brew tm info` shows no artifacts #2

Steps to reproduce

To reproduce this issue, run:

$ brew tm info elixir

Expected behavior

The output is expected to contain an artifact of type TextMate bundle (tmbundle):

==> Artifacts Elixir.tmbundle (TextMate bundle)

Actual behavior

The result does not list the Elixir.tmbundle artifact:

==> Artifacts
