There's a bunch of things here which are a bit messy now so let's clean them up

[x] Remove yarn (we have npm, we don't need it)
[x] Remove husky/lint-staged dev dependencies (we have pipelines for this now)
[x] Move @babel/runtime from dep to dev dep
[x] Properly expose CSS file from package for styles (see #43)

Will try to get these done ASAP so we can move on with addressing the bugs and moving towards having unit tests for all the things
